I think the FB marketplace is what is keeping FB-Meta well-shod. That Craig's list clone has worked well for the younger generations more so than for the Boomers, IMO.
It might be helpful to mention Careless People by Sarah Wynn-Williams which exposes the immorality of the leadership of Facebook. Just like Trump and the GOP, Zuckerberg surrounds himself with sycophants and enablers. The parallels go further when you consider personal morality as well as business ethics (and the lack thereof). The fact that the people at FB may be more intelligent than Trump et al just increases their culpability.
