Maybe out of this show's wheelhouse, however, I think discussing the fossil fuel industries around the globe that talk up hydrogen as if this will be a solution to the fossil fuel debacle we are currently living in is a topic for the show. Personally, I think hydrogen is simply another commodity that can be metered by the fossil fuel industry when their current commodity becomes useless as renewables spread around the globe. Pollution populates fiscal spreadsheets better than renewables fiscal spreadsheets. Hence, all the discussion regarding hydrogen as some kind of energy solution is more about the fossil fuel industries wishing to pivot to yet another controlled commodity.
Interesting, and not out of our wheelhouse. We very well may talk about hydrogen at some point. It seems to have fallen out of the conversation a little bit recently, but I know it'll come back.
Emily, Mike is a great photographer. Have him show you the full version of the photo used as the background for his BlueSky profile, taken this May in Sicily.
So, Emily, Bernard (who is a wonderful friend of mine) is talking about pictures I took during one of the Experiences he and his wife, Barbara, did in Sicily. Specifically, the picture is of an olive oil dog losing his mind over the pouring of olive oil. (I confess that I feel the same way as this dog about the olive oil produced by this family.) The olive oil maker is based in a house or villa that dates from 1,000 years ago and is, in fact, my location when we recorded Episode #3 of this podcast! The olive oil tasting took place in their ancient olive oil processing room and, of course, we had a wonderful dinner in that room as well. https://www.flickr.com/gp/150636967@N03/ZJ68Kz1Qn8

He shared some photos with me after and they are incredible!
